Questions

Scunthorpe questions

Do you actually cover Scunthorpe?

Yes. DN15 to DN17, including Bottesford, Ashby, Brumby, Messingham and the rest of the district. We are about 22 miles away in Doncaster, about 35 minutes on a normal day.

How quickly can you get to Scunthorpe if something goes wrong afterwards?

That is precisely why our patch is small. about 35 minutes each way means a return visit is a morning, not an expedition. A company covering the whole country can't say that.

Do you need to visit before quoting?

For a straight swap in the same position, usually not. Your answers tell us enough. If your job genuinely needs a look first, we say so before you commit to anything, not after.

Who actually does the work?

Gas Safe registered engineers. Registration details are confirmed on your paperwork before any work starts, and you can check them yourself on the Gas Safe Register.

What if you find something unexpected?

We stop and talk to you. Nothing extra is charged without you agreeing to it first, and if the change is big enough that you want to walk away, you can.
